When many come to his baptism, he
said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the
wrath to come?
John answered them, saying, I
have
indeed
baptized
you with
water,
there standeth one among you whom ye
know not; he
it
is
who
[is] mightier than I, the latchet of whose shoes I am
not worthy to unloose.
And
he cometh after me, and shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
Whose fan is in
his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into
his garner; but he will burn the chaff with unquenchable fire.
